Want to return an unwanted product?

No problem! As long as the item is in its original condition and you have proof of purchase, we will accept your return in accordance with the rules below. 

Attach a return form to your return, which you will find on file below.

If the product is returned within 14 days of its delivery, you will receive a refund for the products via your original payment method or to the bank account provided.

Our aim is to return your funds within 14 days from receipt of the returned product by our warehouse. 

Return of the product after 14 days of receipt

We do not accept returns of unwanted items after the period mentioned above. If you try to return an item it is possible that it will be sent back to you and we will ask you to pay the shipping costs.

Original condition

Of course, it is a good idea to try the goods on as you would in a shop. However, we ask that you do not wear it and that you be careful of any dirt that may arise when trying it on. If the item sent back to us is damaged, soiled or has an odour, we will not be able to refund you and will have to send it back to you (and ask you to pay the delivery costs). All returned items are checked at our warehouse.

Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging (if possible) including labels.

Responsibility

As the responsibility for returned items rests with you until they are received in our warehouse, please ensure that they are properly packed and not damaged on the way.

Make sure you take your proof of postage with you in case you need to contact us about a return.

Do you want to make an exchange? 

Contact us: office@whysoseriousstore.com . If the desired size/colour is available in the online shop, there will be no problem with an exchange.

Would you like to return a faulty product/ make a claim?

We are sorry that the product you received turned out to be faulty. 

Return it to us as soon as possible and we will take care of the rest. When advertising a product, follow the same procedure as for returns.

Is your favourite product just worn out? All returned products are carefully checked in our warehouse. If you send back a worn product to us that does not have a manufacturing defect, it may not be eligible for a full refund.
